Letters From Our Recipients
Community
Community Care in Action
We buy local. Action Floors purchases from Mercer vendors whenever possible: local restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, office supplies, travel agents, lumber and plywood mills, and many others. Much of the lumber we use and purchase comes from the forest and mills of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula Michigan.
We boost the economy. From 1989 to today, Action Floors has put millions of dollars in payroll and property taxes into the community.
We believe in our community. Action floors has re-invested millions of dollars in buildings and equipment at our Mercer facility.
Sustainability
Environmental Sustainability in Action
We live it. It’s our responsibility to unite good business with a healthy environment. Our sustainability efforts are numerous and leading-edge, protecting the planet for our associates, our customers, and our future generations.

We innovate. Our world-class people and processes offer unique performance maple systems (including factory-made subfloors); high-end urethane floor systems; portable floor systems; rubber surfaces; vinyl surfaces; gym floor cover systems; and commercial and industrial coatings.
