Tom has worked in the maple sports floor industry for over 40 years and is one of the four partners that started Action Floor Systems in 1988. He began his career on the production line where his work included ripping, surfacing, defecting, matcher-feeder, end-matcher and grader.

Karl has over 24 years of combined experience in the athletic flooring and sports marketing industries. He is driven to understand the needs of today’s athletic surface users while staying focused on new applications and the latest performance trends in the industry.

Don is the Technical Director for Action Floor Systems. With 38 years of experience in the athletic flooring and construction industry he has experience installing most types of athletic flooring. Don handles technical sales, research and development, new system design, conducts floor system performance testing, and he is the Sales Representative for Texas.

Karl has over 40 + years of experience manufacturing hardwood flooring and has been with Action Floors from day one. He is currently responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing operations. Maintaining quality of product, efficiency of operations and a safe work environment are at the forefront of daily efforts. Karl is always looking to the future and seeking out new technology/machinery to sustain Action as a leader in the industry.

Michael DiNatale is 4th generation in the Sport Flooring industry and has over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing, sales, and installation of rubber and synthetic sports floors. Michael has a deep knowledge of the unique biomechanical properties of sports surfacing and how it relates to the athlete.
